Step #1:

Become friends with the Facebook expert. This is a must!

Step #2:

Give the facebook expert access to your account

To give people access to your Facebook ad account, update your ad account settings. 


Note: Adding people to your advertising account doesn't give them permission to log in as you or see things on your profile or Feed that you haven't shared with them. You can always remove a person from your ad account by clicking the x to the right of their name, or change the permissions available to them in your ad account.

To update your ad account settings:

  1. Go to your Ad Account Settings. You may be asked to re-enter your password.
  2. Click Ad Account Roles.
  3. Click Add a User and then enter the name or email address of the person you want to give access to.
  4. Click the dropdown menu to choose their role and then click Submit. The person you add immediately has access to your ad account according to the role you chose for them.
